Octagon Sai Some martial arts weapons are mainly offensive weapons, such as a sword, while others are mainly defensive. There are a few, however, which are a mixture of an offensive and defensive weapon. One of those weapons is the sai. No one is quite sure where the first sai came from, but it is definitely Okinawn in its ancestry. Its two prongs that extend out from either side are perfect for trapping a blade or bow staff while its short blade is perfect for being used as a dagger.

The Octagon Sai is made using forged steel that has been finished with either a black or chrome finish. The blade itself is eight sided and has a handle end, while the handle is wrapped in high quality leather and is perfect for grip as well as style. There are a variety of sizes, from 15 on up, making it ideal for any sized competitor.
